Created especially for the 90 years of Tintin, this pack includes : A boxed set - portfolio of Tintin in the Congo, revised in its original version (1931) and coloured for the occasion. After Tintin in the Land of the Soviets (coloured version), it is the second adventure of Tintin published in black and white in 1931 which is the subject of a restoration and colourisation work. This portfolio was made from the original plates of the comic strip Tintin in the Congo with the capture of the line without losses and the elimination of the half-tones (pencil, spots, light blue and squiggles). The tones chosen are not those that Hergé imagined for the 62-page colour album (1946). The author had eliminated all the black solids to make room for exclusive colour. Even the shadows had disappeared. Here, the colourisation is deployed around the original black solids. It is an interpretation of the first complete version, in a different light. A black and white version iridescent with a very singular colourisation.
